How do I build my pack?
Simply choose your pack size (4, 6, 9, or 12 cookies), then select your flavours at checkout using the order notes field.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes! We ship Australia-wide. Delivery times vary by location. Standard and Express Shipping available.
When will I get my order?
To ensure maximum freshness, all Butter Batch cookies are baked fresh on Sunday and shipped first thing Monday morning.
Orders open every Monday at 5pm and close Thursday at 7am. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5–7 days of delivery. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or at room temperature. If they’ve been stored, a quick reheat can bring back that warm, just baked flavour. Pop them in a preheated oven at 150°C for 3 minutes or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them irresistibly soft and gooey.
Can I place a custom or bulk order?

What is your returns policy?
As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.
